There are 2 non-compliance parameters you can modify in the right column.

 

The first adjusts the timing of the dose. There are 5 settings - 0%, 20%, 40% 60% and 80%. These randomly adjusts the variability in the timing of each dose.

The second adjusts the missing of any scheduled dose. There are 4 settings here - 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%. These adjusts the frequency of a randomly missed dose.
